To develop a communication manual that will provide substantive messages, techniques and additional guidance on issues and/or processes that may face an airline including but not limited to a crisis situation, personnel situation, commercial situation, cabin, and political situation.  This manual will be multipurpose in that it will provide policy, training tools, and can be used as an indoctrination training tool as well as a reference manual.  Sections of it may be integrated into an existing emergency response plan.
